Eligible returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from delivery. Custom commissions and final-sale items are not returnable.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. If damaged in transit, the shipment is insured — please report within 48h so we can file with the carrier.
Domestic: 2–5 business days. USA/Europe: 5–10 business days. Framed works may need extra handling time.
